1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
 For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@furbuddy.in before placing an order.



2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the product or during checkout.



3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after [cut-off time, e.g., 2 PM IST] will be processed the next business day.



4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.



5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email/SMS

  • Tracking ID and courier partner details

You can track your order using the provided tracking link.



6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeline:

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner and update you accordingly

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies but will fully assist in resolving the issue.



7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept may be re-shipped at an additional cost or canceled as per our discretion.



8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing item:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos of the package and product

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution as per our policy.
