Our meals are prepared in human food facilities, where each recipe is gently cooked at low temperatures according to human-grade standards. They’re then quickly frozen for safe shipping and your storage convenience. Our food never contains preservatives which allow kibble to sit on a shelf for years at a time.

Yes! Our food stays in the freezer for upto 9 months and about 4 days in the fridge. Once a pack is opened, feed the required quantity and refrigerate the rest. Since our food is truly made fresh and we donʼt use any preservatives, itʼs essential that you treat it like real food (because it is!). Keep the pack at a safe temperature in a refrigerator for upto 3-4 days.

No need, our food is ready to serve. You can thaw the pack in some lukewarm water or add a touch of hot water if your dog prefers warm food.

We work closely with vets to figure out the optimal meal plans for different combinations of breed, age, activity level, and ideal weight. Our plan is designed for puppies and dogs of all ages. However, senior dogs above 7 years and big breed dogs would need extra supplements which have to be added to the food. Also dogs with certain allergies or special therapeutic care would need special food.
